Our policy lasts 30 days, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a return, refund, or exchange. You must email us within 30 days after receiving your order with your order number and explain why you would like to return, refund, or exchange your order.
To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, your item must be in its new, unused, unworn condition and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in it's original packaging as well. As our products are delicate intimates, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any product that has been worn or tried on.
Once all items have been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you on weather you have been approved or rejected for your return, refund, or exchange.
All return, refund, or exchange shipping fees, restocking fees, and miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
* For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept items where the garment tag has been cut or removed, as well as panties and swimsuits where the protective adhesive strip had been removed. Thus Items not in new or unworn condition will be rejected during the sanitary inspection.
